We are excited to introduce our newest member! Chloe!
She is a sweet heart, needs some work on manners, but a super love bug! We love her!!!
Her and Riley hit it off right away, I think she'll fit right in! (You can see she's not a frog-dog like Riley is haha)
It was hard for her foster mom to say good-bye :( She started to cry (they were happy/I'll miss you tears, but still made me tear up too) I could tell they loved her so much! They just want the best for her but it's still hard to say good-bye.
When her foster parents left, she whined and was looking for them. So, we leashed them up and went for a nice loooong walk (1.5 hours), to help her bond with us and Riley. She is starting to warm up to us and ask for snuggles and she hasn't looked back!
Riley was just sniffing her lips and ears, then it turn into....
A wrestling match!!!
We are excited to start this new chapter in our lives and this new year!
Some goals for Chloe:
1) Get fit! She could stand to lose a little weight, She's a little tubby :)
2) Enroll in a beginning obedience class.
3) Most important, bond and have fun with her new family!!!
WELCOME HOME CHLOE!!!
Question?: We are thinking of changing her name...good idea??? or no? Any input would be appreciated. We have a friend (who we have play dates with often) who's dog is named Cleo and already we have tongue-tied the names.
Her full name in Chloe Grace, so we were thinking of calling her Grace.
